Austin’s own Fantastic Fest is the largest horror and sci-fi festival in America. To promote their Black Lager beer, Shiner wanted to create a short video to be played during intermissions at festival venues around town. Working with limited time and budget, footage from existing spots and archival photos were repurposed. Additional shots were collected in downtown Austin to round out this light hearted homage to the classic Ringu movies and create a fun twist on the genre.
